This spell allows you to teleport your party to target  coordinates
on the outworld map of the Sumu World.  You can attemp to check the
coordinates of your  environment by using the  'Star Gazing' skill.
It is known that the skill mastery of navigating and the spell star
gate may lessen the  error caused by long distance warping.  Gating
in to solid rock is known to have severe effects.
