This spell allows you to teleport to target coordinates on the
outworld of Sumu Land. You can attemp to check the coordinates
of your  environment by using the  'Star Gazing' skill.  It is
known that  the skill mastery  of navigating lessens the error
caused by long distances.  Gating in to solid rock is known to
have severe effects upon the navigator.
