This spell gives the templar a connection to the spirit of Rasiel, archangel
of the south. The spirit will help the templar to smite down the infidels with
the templaric strike and bludgeon skills and bestow certain properties to the 
templar's holy vest and shield if this spell is in effect when the spell is 
cast.
