With this spell the elementalist is able to perform the sacred
ritual of elements upon his target, thus increasing his potential
spellpoints maximum. This spell is strongest if casted upon fellow
elementalist. The ritual also increases couple of skills.
Usage: 'cast [spell] at <targets> with <small|normal|large> <fire|air|water|earth>'
