Sometimes strange and even powerful artifacts can oddly "find their ways"
into pockets of bards, especially into pockets of young bards who are training
their dexterity among the other people in parks and marketplaces. Together
they then gather and spread all the stuff around trying to find out what they
even are or do. Often they also have to ask some help from more advanced bards
who then sing their songs making these artifacts glow weakly, gathering black
clouds on the sky.
