When performing different songs and performances it's just not enough if
you stand there with your instrument opening your mouth every now and then
to let out some pathethic fizzing. When a true bard who has devoted to his
profession performs even a short easy song he makes it with burning passion:
dancing and gesturing wildly with his hands and using all of his charisma to
build a real performance for his audience. The jester's dance is an effective
skill in many songs of a bard increasing their effects.
