This skill allows you to create wand. The power of wand
highly depends upon your knowledge in this skill and the spell
which use to craft the wand. The crosiers are able to create
wands from fellow guild members. The material cost of crafting
wands is 100 copper coins.
Usage: use create wand at <target> with <spell/wands>
