When talking to an immortal, remember to address him or her politely
and in respectful manner. Although normal wizards can not touch your
character directly whatever you do to them, disrespectful addressing of
any immortal is frowned upon by the archwizards, and can lead to
serious consequences.

We, wizards and archwizards, the maintainers of the game, are, well,
mostly at least, humans, and have our real lives, our real jobs and our
free time. We can be bitchy and moody at times and disrespectful
comments or even personal attacks against us are not going to do anyone
any good. We have already sacrificed thousands of hours of our free
time in working for the game so you could play it, for free.

We understand that there are situations where you may need divine help,
because of a fault in our creation, but there is no force in the world
that forces us to do anything we don't feel like doing. You can not
expect us to be here around the clock for your requests of help and
understanding.

Consider this a party which we arrange, if you come here insulting us,
the organizers, we are free and happy to kick you out and end your
playing for good. No matter how much time and pain you have spent for
your character.
