In general, we here at SumuMUD quite much trust that players can deal
with each other.  You might get killed by a highleveller or even someone
of lower status than you because of dearly insults or just because of
standing in the wrong place.
 
You can player kill whoever you want, if you have a reason.  Killing
newbies and mass murdering is frowned upon by the gods.  Killing idle
players over and over again is unacceptable, too.  In short, don't
overdo it or you might find yourself at level 1.
 
Be polite and remember some courtesy and you might even get away in
case of an accident.  Do NOT annoy archwizards if you get killed once. 
Multiple killings and later harassment form cases that even might be
heard.
 
The high level people have their own strange ways and weird habits that
you must quite much tolerate.  Even if you do not understand why you
were killed, explain the situation to a fellow mortal and ask what went
wrong.
