If you are in ghost form, you have the following three options:

Type 'recall' and you will be transported to the city church where
you can enter the chapel inside it and pray for revival. You will
lose about 2/3 of your current free experience points if you us
this method.

OR

You can try to find a priest that can resurrect you (help spell
resurrection) and you will lose usually less than half of the
experience you are carrying.

OR

if you are a lower level player you can get a resurrect from few
NPCs. In capital SumuCity there are high priest Thuram wandering 
around the city and archbishop Cucado inside the church who  has
this kind of spells. 


NOTE: If you have just started the game, you will not lose any
      experience points.
