You are cheating when you break the general rules of this mud. You will damn
well know if you are cheating or not. If you are catched from cheating, you
will be punished. The most usual punishment is removal from the game.
Here are some examples about what is cheating:
1) Abusing bugs of the game.
2) Not reporting bugs or cheaters.
3) Multiplaying:
- playing more than one character at a time
- two characters interacting, eg. sharing money or equipment
- sharing characters
- using secondary char to resurrect you / your friends / etc
4) Using a 'robot' to play for you.
- using auto attack/skill/spell trig
5) Crashing the mud.
6) Lagging the mud.
7) Not doing what arches tell you to do.
8) Not telling archwizards the truth.
9) 'Free' exp, money or equipment.
10) Making monsters not hit back.
11) Selling equipment/money/experience for reallife cash or for task points.
12) Trading experience/money/equipment between different muds.
13) Selling/giving out quest information.
14) Spamming
15) Intermud abuse
These are only some examples, if you are not sure if something you are
doing is cheating or not, ask the Arches about it before doing it.
Remember that the Gods will have final word for everything.
Non-arches are not allowed to punish players for cheating, but when
an archwizard punishes you, don't complain, don't whine. You knew the
penalty for what you did.
Not knowing the rules is not a reason to cheat, YOU are resposible of
knowing them.
