The auction hall is the place where you sell or buy equipment. The price
of equipment is determined by the supply and demand. In the auction hall
you can:

  list:    This command gives you the list of the items currently
     available for auctioning.
     syntax: list

    bid:   With this command you bid for an item. You cannot bid
     on your own items. Highest bid is 10M.
     syntax: bid <price> for <item number>

  auction: With this command you put an item into auction, and set
     the start price.
     syntax: auction <item> for <start price>

  buy:   With this command you buy the items auctioned to you. The
     item goes into collect state.
     syntax: buy <item number>

  reclaim: With this his command you reclaim your items that havent
     been auctioned, or have been auctioned, but noboby bought
     them. The status of the item has to be closed in order to
     reclaim them. Reclaim fee is 1000 gold / item.
     syntax: reclaim all/<item_num>

  collect: With this command you get the money from your sold items 
     that are in collect state. Auctioneer gets a modest 10%
     from the price.
     syntax: collect

  reauction: This command alows you to reauction your items when they are in
     closed state. The reauctioning costs you 500 gold.
     syntax: reauction all/<item_num>
     
  When you put your equipment into auction and set the start price, you
hand the item over to the auctioneer, who keeps the items until they are
bought or reclaimed. 

  The auction time is 24 hours. After that the items go either to sold or
closed state depending on if someone has bid on them or not.

  When the item is in sold state it can be bought for 3 days, after which
the item status is changed to closed. 

  The owner of the items can reclaim the
items in 4 days after the items have been put to closed state, and 3 days
if the items have been sold to someone, but not bought.
