This command lets player to suicide his character, thus removing
it from the game for good. After first invoking this command the
player is banished for two days,  after that time they  have two
days  time to invoke the command again after which the character
is removed for good.

Suicided characters CAN be recovered, but for this the player better
have a pretty damn good reason for it.
