optional argument: 'brief' | 'verbose'

This command allows you to toggle your verbosity setting. In verbose mode
you will see the long descriptions of the rooms as you enter them, and in
brief mode you'll just see the short description and exits leading out from
the room. By giving the mode as an argument you can set the mode explicitly.
